The draw and shape of the cap is optimized to improve the fire front and getting a better compression ratio.
- Piston cap shape and design optimized to improve the fire front and getting a higher compression ratio
- Treatment limits frictions
- Some reinforcements make the piston structure stronger which limits the cap deformation
- Short and chamfered pin with a DLC treatment (Diamond Like Carbon)
- Clip with outside nose to avoid any rotation at high engine rate
- Very thin “GNH” ring produced in high resistant steel
